However, if you wish to return your order, you may do so:

Any Reason Returns - within 14 days of receipt.
Received Damaged or Defective Items - 45 days of receipt.

Refund & Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

  • In new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached
  • Unused and undamaged

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item:

  • Is not in its original condition
  • Is missing packaging, labels, instructions, or parts
  • Shows signs of use, damage, or alterations

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at sales@avdar.co with your order number to submit a return request.
  2. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item to the designated return address.

Important Return Notice

  • The package must include the original purchase receipt.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided via email before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.
  • The return & exchange period must not exceed 45 days from the date the original order was received.
  • All items must be in original condition, with no scratches, signs of use, resizing, or alterations.
  • If a promotional gift was included in the purchase, it must be returned with the item. Otherwise, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method for returns or exchanges. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
  • The order number must be included inside the return package (e.g., print the order details page and place it inside the package).
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after the return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. 

Received Damaged or Defective Items Return Policy

You can return your product within 45 day starting from the date you receive your product. It covers quality defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, breakage, or normal wear and tear.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a return or replacement based on the issue.

How to Initiate a Replacement for a Damage, Defect, or Missing Part

  1. Submit a claim to sales@avdar.co within 45 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number in the email.
  3. Attach clear pictures or videos showing the defect or damage. If applicable, identify the affected part(s) using the assembly instructions as a reference.
  4. Our customer experience team will review your claim and notify you by email if it is approved. Additional information may be required to process your request.
  5. If approved, we will provide resolution options at our discretion.

Shipping for Replacements

If the claim is due to damage or a defect, we will cover the shipping fee for the replacement.

Exclusions We cannot process claims if:

The item was delivered more than 45 days ago.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification of receipt via email. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • The refund will be issued within 1-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The exact timing depends on bank processing times, as some banks may experience delays in posting refunds.

Please note: The initial shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to confirm the refund has not been processed.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
