1. Shipping Fee And Order Processing Time

Free shipping is available for customers in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Shipping fee for other Middle Eastern countries varies by country and product.

Shipping calculated rate based on the weight of your shipment and your country/zone for regular shipping. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 days of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Time

The delivery time will vary by country and region. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. These are the current shipping time estimates:

  • For the UAE & SA:
    • For items stocked in the UAE & SA: 3–10 business days
    • For items not stocked in the UAE & SA, Air Freight: 10–25 business days
      (Customs clearance time not included)
  • For other Middle Eastern countries:
    • Road Freight: 15–35 business days
    • Air Freight: 7–14 business days
      (Customs clearance time not included)

3. Shipping Availability

We ship the Middle East, except for remote or restricted areas. If your country is not listed at checkout or you see the message "Shipping is not available for your address", please contact us at sales@avdar.co for a custom shipping quote.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For UAE & SA, import taxes or VAT, and other fees are not required.

For all other regions, import duties, VAT, and other fees are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@avdar.co immediately for assistance.

6. Holiday & Special Offer Delays

Processing and shipping times may be longer during holiday seasons, sales, or special promotions.
